I've had mine down awile sitting in a boxes waiting for me to get around to them. I've got everything seperated for each carb, so i'll know just how each carb get put back together, it's just that the file of pics that i had on my computer got lost, which had a step by step tare down of the whole carb pac. I've got an idea on how things go back together in my head, but you never know, i might have a brain fart, and miss a step.

Which XJ are you working on? Put it in your signature so we all can see. Have you looked at the OEM parts diagrams on sites like BikeBandit and others. They are tons of help to see where each parts go.

just remember clean all the passages to you know they are clean then clean them again that way there your sure. Never guess. They are pretty simple not many parts to remove. But if they have been sitting check the diaphragms really good for cracks or holes good luck

If you get stuck, I took tons of pictures of my Hitachi rack before dis-assembly. PM me if you want some specific views and I can email them to you.
