    Most everything is there and available. Tank is in need of some welding to make solid. Seat is like new. Everything except the engine is up for grabs.

    Okay, then. :)


    From what I have read the Seca 400 and 650 are supposed to use the same bars. Mine are a little scratched from someone using a pipe wrench to adjust them. (some people should never be allowed access to tools)
