okay, maybe not. I went for a quick 20 minute ride today and shot this picture. I gotta say, for $500 running/driving/titled, I'm not foreseeing any regret in purchasing my first bike.

    Nice looking ride.

    At $500 it's practically stolen.

yeah I caught it on craigslist at $1300 originally, then a couple weeks later at $1000, and a few weeks after that again at $800, so I took a look in person and offered $500 and trailered it home the next morning

it's obvious that it was someone's beater at one point (side panels, all four signals electrical taped in place lol) but i call it good 25ft condition (looks good from 25 feet away hah). 24k miles and everything seems to be working well.

If you have, then get down to Emerg right away and have that horseshoe removed from your ass! 8O
How did you find a deal like that?

Great bike, great pic! Looks like the pic belongs in a manufacturers ad.

    Very nice!

Just noticed where you live. Beautiful part of WA state. Waaaayyyy back in the day I used to have to schlep my tools to Wenatchee to fix the cash machines for Seattle First National bank. I remember it was freakin' cold and a long way from civilization at 2:00 in the morning on weekends!

Welcome from Dryden,Wa. Just up the Valley from you. Looks like picture is taken from Badger Mountain. I used to live at bottom. Spent a lot of time on a dirt bike up there, before there were so many houses. We will have to get together for a ride this summer. I will PM you my e-Mail. If you need any help I have plenty of tools & a few years of working on bikes.

thanks for the tip rick i'll keep it in mind down the road.

malibooman that sounds great and it was taken from atop a smaller hill between Eagle Rock and Burch Mountain. Does look a lot like the view from badger though. I'd love to go ride let's get together some time!

    and also thanks johno!

Nice picture...better even without that bike in it!! Sorry but I'm probably one of the few who don't really care for the looks of the Seca. That's pretty much why I tore mine down and bobbed it.
They are fun to ride, no doubt about it. Have fun and be safe!
