Step 1: Cleaned carbs completely, I would have ate off them if carb cleaner was edible ;]

Step 2: Electrical.. Fuse box, battery, battery cables\

Step 3: Rode bike for about 20 min last night

Step 4: Warm day today, took bike to get out of state inspection done.. all of a sudden a lack of power, and the rpms are slowly dropping even with throttle, then the dreaded stall on the side of the road (luckly next to a shop affiliated iwth mine). Won't start.

Flooded? Biding time til I try to go start it..

Any other suggestions or anyone else who has had this scenario happen to them that has a fix? PLEASE :)

Sorry if this sounds dumb (but it's scared me before)...but did you run out of gas? Is your petcock working? Did you try it on PRI or RES?

Sounds like a classic plugged gas cap vent scenario to me.

I would look towards gas related also if you have spark on all the spark plugs.
Check the automatic shut off (?) rubber tube, make sure its connected on both ends. Its leads from the petcock to the second carb.

Hm, ended up being a little bit of a few things.. Throttle cable is sticking (dunno if that attributed to problem 2 ).. I flooded it, and in succession of trying to crank it over, emptied the gas tank adn killed the battery. Did I mention I'm a body and paint guy, not a mechanic? :) Thank you all for your time.
