Excessive time to warm up

    When I start my XJ650 up. The two outside pipes get hot right away. It doesn't run good until the two inside carbs kick in which takes a minute or two. What causes the delay for the two inside carbs to 'kick' in? It does run good after 5 minutes of warm up.

    Sounds like you need to clean and synch the carbs
