I get condensation leaking out of my exhaust pipes, but further back, about where the foot pegs are, I wonder if you're leaking it closer to the front because there is another leak or hole there letting it come out? Sounds good though!

You should not have water dripping from the swing arm bearings. There's not supposed to be any water in there to leak. Get a little crazy washing it or ride it in the swimming pool?

I'm surprised it runs that well without the air box boots.

I don't know for sure, but if water is coming out of there then either the swingarm bushing are badly worn or there is a crack somewhere allowing the water in. Need more info though, had you just washed the bike with a power washer? This can sometimes force water into places it's not supposed to go. Has it been ridden in the rain just before this happened?
With the bike on the centre stand try moving the swingarm side to side, there should not be any movement, also, pop the covers off and see if everything is torqued to spec. Hmmmmm, if it is loose then you may be able to tighten it, but if it's been that way for a while it could have damaged the bushings.
Definitely should not be water coming out from under those caps.

the only way i can think that water would have gotten in there is this winter due to the freezing and thawing and re-freezing might have caused a crack… the bike sat through the whole thing before i purchased it... thanks for the advice i will look in side and make sure everything is good and tight...
