    Hello I'm interested in buying a parts bike near Savannah, GA. I will travel a hundred miles or so for it. I am starting my first project and my bike needs A LOT of work! I either want to buy a complete parts bike, or if someone is willing to sell me:

    * A set of decent carbs and joint connectors. They don't have to be clean but I would prefer to not have to rebuild the carburetor.
    * A tank that does not have dents. It can be ugly and even have rust inside but I need a tank without dents.
    * An exhaust system. It can have rust, just no major dents.
    * Foot levers and pegs
    * Headlight and casing not broken or bent
    *I'd like it to have a battery box and electrical mount board but not necessary

    I have a few hundred to spend on these things. Anybody parting out a bike?

    Harddog.....
    I don't know if you are still looking but I'm parting out a 82 750 max

    Here are a few photos.... Some of the stuff is spoken for (exhaust and tank)
    But I have the foot pegs and controls, an after market round head light, the battery box...and more... everything on the bike works

    let me know if there are any specific photos you want.. I will be moving the bike from my storage unit to my house this weekend so I can take shots of anything you need.

    Old post I know, but here goes. I just blew my #3 rubber intake manifold and saw the you, desertrat, had a set. Do you still have them? Any one else? I do understand that new is the way to go, but one step at a time.
    Thanks all.
