Sending unit broke?

    Here's a picture of my sending unit after I finally got the little bugger out. Looks like I've got a little soldering to do. I'm pretty sure that the wire (red arrow) should be connected to the base (red arrow).

    From the pics that I have seen before, yes it looks like it is supposed to be soldered there.
