    Looking to replace or upgrade my front caliper the one I have now is worn and beat up pretty good so time to replace.. I see alot of calipers for maxims on ebay but I dont know what will work with my bike 82 maxim 650 its the caliper on the front left single caliper style any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated Thank You and God Bless

    Smokey looks like you are in luck the following left side calipers according to yamaha are the same as yours:

    I've got a nice '82 XV750J Virago caliper on a bike I'm parting out. Nice rotor too, if that's compatible. PM me if you're interested.
