Help - engine removal

    Im trying to get my Engine off of my 750 Maxim, and I can not get the bolts off of the diff. drive...(where the lil rubber booty thing is)

    Use ONLY a 6-Point Socket ... or, a 6-Point Box-End Wrench (otherwise you will round-off the bolt heads):

    Apply heavy and steady loosening force to the wrench or ratchet handle.

    Using a hardwood hammer handle ... strike the wrench or ratchet, on the end ... suddenly and with great force upon impact.

    The wood won't wreck your tools and will apply sufficient impact force to break loose the fasteners.

    Also have a friend step on the brake pedal to keep your diff from turning, or rig it so the rear brakes are applied.
