Do you have to have that cheesy grin when you work on your bike?

No experience with them, but a neat idea. Might be well worth checking out.

Ouch that would suck with that plug. Sounds like a bad day.

I was thinking about getting jeans with double layered denim at the knees and butt a few years back... but I have to were dress pants to work and ride my bike mostly to comute so... This seems like a bad idea for those 90* days...

I'd think this would be a perfect solution to wear under dress pants -- and there's a bunch of "testimonials" (insert grain of salt here) saying that they're plenty comfortable even in 110° heat -- being lycra I could believe it.
A bit spendy for armour though - $160 for armoured pants you wear under other pants....

I don't know man... I just rode home in dress pants on a 90* and 75% humidity and even with little traffic I was pretty swampy when I got home (if you know what I mean).

Lots of good reports on AdvRider forum but primarily from folks who wanted protection AND wanted to wear jeans (which provide NO protection).
