Ok so I rebuilt the right caliper and the m/c and all went fine, now w/the left caliper I cannot seperate the carrier from the caliper, the pins are frozen.

I havent cracked the line yet so caliper is hanging. Any suggestions? I cant get kroil to soak it with. I was thinking maybe put caliper in oven @ 350 and squirt wd40 on pins to try and expand/free it? I could use a press if i could figure out how to push on it...

I really need to ride, im tempted to just run 1 caliper and go slower until i get paid and can get a "new" one?

    Any ideas?

i think plan "B" because those pins are going to be a rusty mess when they come out, if they come out

To clarify i have a spare front hose from a YZ250 (2003) that is in perfect shape that will fit from m/c to caliper bypassing the splitter entirely. I will only do this until a new used caliper gets here....

my dad suggested propane torch and press, I got a spare rebuild kit so ill try that in morning...

    more ideas?

First up, order some Kroil. You'll need it and be glad you did.

If Kroil's not readily available, try PB Blaster; WD40 is for displacing moisture and about useless for anything else.

I would go with gentle application of heat and you shouldn't need a press.

Don't use a torch! After applying Kroil or wd40 or whatever, are you able to tap the pin through from the other end using a centre punch?
