Is there a way I can put saddle bag on my 19 xj700?

    I really want to put saddlebags on my 1985 xj700. Is there a way I can, without having them rub up against my rear tire. Is there a braket made or a type of bag I can use? can anyone help.

    Thank you guys so much. As soon as I get my bike back from being repaired (it has been 3+ weeks and I still haven't seen it). My wife and I will attemp to make/bend it.
