    How can you convert a regular picture to a small enough file to set as an avatar?

    If you upload it to photobucket you can re size it small enough or just use windows paint and click on image in the menu bar then scroll down to stretch and skew adjust the percentage till its small enough

    It has to be 90 X 90 or smaller and you're gonna lose all kinda quality.
    it's alot of trial and error until you're happy.

    MAX Filesize is 6k too.. i really wish Sno would relax those restrictions some :)
