i just bought my first bike, a 1981 XJ750 Seca. it came with a set of spare carbs that the PO had taken apart and scattered or mixed all the parts, so i'm not going to bother trying to put them back together again.

i have pretty much all the large parts -- diaphragms, carb bodies (still as a set, not broken apart as far as i can tell) bowls, and hats.

the four carb bowls have good (as in, not stuck) drain screws. they're not gorgeous but they're also not expensive. i'm thinking $20 each isn't exorbitant, but i can't find a listing for them new or used anywhere. if i'm overcharging, make me an offer. mounting screws for all of them as well, free with the bowls.

as far as the hats, the chrome on them is peeling or nonexistent, but they seal just fine. again, not pretty but functional. a set of new ones is $90, i'll take $45 for the four, or make me an offer. i've also got most of the screws, but at least two of them got lost or used on my own bike. i'll throw as many of those as you want in for free.

if you want the carb bodies, they've still got the jets in em but i really haven't messed with them at all beyond using them as a template for rebuilding the ones on my bike. they may be missing small bits, in fact almost assuredly are, but hey. if you have a use for em lemme know what they're worth to you. the jets in them are 120/40.

    i'll post some photos eventually.
