    I have two XJ 650 bikes that are being sold for parts. The 82 Maxim is missing some parts and has a bad exhaust header, and the 82 Seca is stripped down to pretty much the frame and engine (with carbs). I paid about $450 for the bikes and I want to get something back for them, so make me an offer I can't refuse.     I'm looking for serviceable (i.e. not age cracked) carb-to-head rubber boots and some valve shims (4-280, 1-270 and 1-275) for my 82 XJ650 Maxim. You got any ?

    What about the whole carb set for the 82 650 Maxim ? If available, please comment on condition and price.

    is the fork trim piece on the 650 in decent shape? as well as i wonder if it will fit an 83 750..
