My first bike! I decided I wanted a little more than something stock with out going all out. This is what I came up with. I started with a stock xj 550 maxim 1982. Picked it up as a non runner brought it home cleaned the carbs and cluch plates and had it running like the day it rolled off the line. Also started dismounting and disabling as many of those pesky relays as I could. Pictures to come. Any sugestions on performance and over all would be great.

In addition to the relays i also made a new fuse block a first priority. I had a intermittent problem of 2 of the cylinders not firing with good fuel and compression. the owner before me did not have XJ forms to help them and the tried 4 different coils.
