    Bought a '82 XJ650J yesterday. Has a bad TID14-06 5G2-10.
    The kid who owned it bought another CDI but it was the wrong one.

    I have:
    TID14-02, 4H7-10

    I need:
    TID14-06, 5G2-10

    A trade could be in order or I could sell outright for $65
    Somewhat cheaper than anyone is selling them on EBAY.

    hey wuz up dude. hey i bought a 82 650 xj also, i was told the cdi is bad, can you tell me how you checked yours? i have a 5G2-10 also but i want to find out if i have a good one or do i need to look on ebay. i have the schamatic for the bike but not for the cdi. can anyone help???
