Avoid American Shine Car Care Products Inc....my nightmare

I don't often write these kinds of reviews but the attitude of even the owner, David Anton and the manner he responds dictates that I write this.

I recently bought and paid for a item. When I inquired as to when I could expect to receive it, this is the response I got back, unedited!!

I am sorry thath I have not contacted you sooned, but I had a accident and am laid up. I will ship as soon as I can go find the item in my garage, the accident left me temporarily blind. Its wonderful that I am up to write this,going back to bed to heal. thank for understanding. Dave.

What do you think? I feel like he's telling me to kiss my money goodbye. Not only does his attitude stick, but he obviously missed a lot of days from school!

It sounds more like the guy did get hurt; and he's sadly lacking in "good business practices."

I'd say it's not an intent to rip you off; just a case of bad business on the part of some guy working out of his garage.

You'll likely eventually get your stuff; HOW eventually, well...

 

Is there a clue here?

Maybe the "English" indicates he's actually sitting in an internet cafe in Lagos.......
