WANTED: Petcock for an early 80's XJ650

    Anyone in Virginia have a petcock in good condition for an early 80's XJ650? Mine's started to leak and I'd rather find a whole used petcock in good shape then buy the rebuild kit. Let me know. Thanks, XOMBIE

    i think what dave is getting at is if you purchase another assembled unit, how do you know that one is in working condition. if you rebuild it then you know you have solved the culprit(s)

    Moellear, do you recommend any online dealers for XJ parts or should I result to ebay?

    This is just the beginning of my stuff that I am listing on ebay. I have the working petcock from the seca, but not listed yet. I probably have a handfull of other petcocks as well (that didn't sound right).

    Prices on ebay are more then I would charge xj guys because of fees. Mail me here with offer if still needed.

    should you decide to rebuild yours, seek chacal on here. his catalog (click on XJ4EVER logo at top right corner of your screen) is very extensive and he has helped a lot of us out
