Turbo Rescue

    Hi xjbikes!

    I have an 82 turbo in my garage, complete and running, 40k miles, no title, stripped down to rolling chassis+motor. I am planning to have some fun with the bike, but that will mean cutting the frame up a bit--

    So, if you would love to rescue this turbo from the hands of a maniac before i get started, give me a shout and suggest a trade. Ill sell it if thats what you want, and ill make you a great deal- but id rather trade for another XJ. I know that some guys are really into these turbos and i dont want to hack up something someone could restore or use for parts.

    here is a Flickr stream with some pics of the fairings on the 82 Turbo. If there is adamage to a part, ive attempted to capture it in the photo. look for typical damage to the lowers- not unrepairable- and the broken tabs on the seat trim.

    there are also pics of the tail light in good shape, and the instrument panel, also in working condition.
