FS 82 550maxim side covers, sissy bar, black engine guard

    Hey people. I have a few parts I wont be using, so I figured I'd see if anyone was interested in them. . They came off a 1982 xj550 maxim.

    black engine guards
    Set of red side covers with 550 emblems and chrome pieces...nice shape
    set of black side covers...no emblems
    Sissy bar w/o pad. Chrome in good shape. light surface rust
    chrome headlight bracket...nice shape
    rear foot peg mount
    2 ignition covers.. nice shape

    Anybody interested shoot me a PM. Plan on posting pics a little later. I can email or text pics also. Then we can make a deal. Looking to help out the other riders...not get rich of these! 8)

    How about these xj550 side covers on a 750? I've seen a picture of an xj750 Maxim that was modified with xj550 side covers and it looked good. I suppose a bracket or two was modified for them to adapt to a 750.

    The sissy bar and engine guards should fit. The holes appear to match up nicely against my stripped down 82 650 frame. Not 100% sure tho since mine is stripped down for paint.

    550 covers on a 750? Hmmm...interesting. Someone should try that.
