    Hi Guys.... I need help to find these calliper boots. They're off me 1982 XJ 750 Australian delivery..... I think it's the same as the UK models of the same year. Can anyone help? Thanks Guys!

    XJ4Ever may have them; he now has repro caliper boots for a lot of applications.

    Well....Len (chacal) has come to the rescue again.....He identified the caliper as being off a Maxim 750. Dunno how they came to be there...but ....doesn't matter....as Len has the parts. Great service.

    That piston doesn't look all that bad; dirty yes, but unless it's pitted where the seals sweep, it will probably clean up fine. I'm going by the second pic.

    For the sake of a dollars boys......I'll replace the pistons on each side. Gives me a chance to wolf down a couple cans in the shed. As its winter here...... Me self and a few boys have been known to have a couple of warming rums on the odd occasion.
