I recently get a 1982 xj750 seca to restore with my dad. He hasnt been able to help and I am feeling a bit overwhelmed. I would like fix it up and maybe trade for something a little smaller. Is there anyone in Georgia that could help? Or would it be best to part out the bike or sell it as a project and hopefully get enough money for something smaller? Thanks.

The carbs need cleaning and rebuilding. I need headers and collector. Not sure what else until it can be started. I have purchased a new battery and headlight and handlebars. We were going for just a little modernization.
