I just picked up a decent X with 17K miles, but the carbs are rough and one of them has a broken float mount post. I'm open to stock carbs or any other reasonable options. If I can't find something, I may part it out, but I'd rather not. I was working at a Yamaha shop in State College, PA in 1985 when this bike came out, and rode it immediately after its initial service. WOW! It made my '84 nighthawk S seem slow!
