    Its a easy fix, the TCI box is under the seat. There are after market ones available, if the pickups are bad they are on EBAY all the time. If that is the problem count on spending around 300$ to get parts. But you never know, it might be just the fuse box is bad. I would take a chance for 500$ on that one, bu tI would start at 300$ and see if he takes it.
