idle mixture screws ?

    Noob question

    Are their supposed to be O-rings on the Idle mixture screws ?
    I bought (4) carb rebuild kits and each kit had tiny little O-rings in it.
    I'm not sure where they go on the carb?

    When I removed the screws their were no springs or washers, just the brass idle mixture screws???

    I had to pull the brass plug to get to the screws, so I know no one else messed with them.

    Springs, washers and o-rings are probably still in there.
