My bike will not start I click the starter and the oil light appears. So I did an oil change and that did nothing. Then I thought it was the solenoid so I replaced it with a brand new one and that did nothing. I also bought a brand new battery and the bike has brand new NJK spark plugs in it. The carburetors on the bike have been cleaned. I'm a little confused on what to look for or what to do next. Any suggestions would be great.

When you push the starter switch do you hear a click from the solenoid?
If yes then your problem is probably from the solenoid to the starter, if you dont hear a click then it is from the solenoid to the starter switch.
Is bike cranking over at all?

Yes, I hear a click from the solenoid.
The bike is not at all cranking over.
Do you have any suggestions on how to fix it?

if your battery is fully charged then check that connection from solenoid to starter is good , if that is good then i would pull the starter and bench test it

start by disconnecting battery cables, then remove the starter, you can check if starter is good by testing it with a car battery and some jumper cables, positive will go to post on starter and negative will go to starter body, this should turn your starter, there may be some more descriptive info on the site to help you.

Before I took out the starter I check to see if the wire connecting from the starter to the solenoid was lose. It was lose so I tighten it. Then I tried the push start again and it started cranking but wasn't catching. So I let the bike sit for a little bit and now when I go out and try to start the bike their is no noise. The front head lamp works fine and the signal lights. But the bike won't crank or make a noise in the solenoid.

I know you said that the battery is fully charged, but can you check the voltage again on the battery terminals to verify that it is truly charged. It should be around 12.4 volts or higher. Use a multimeter set to 20 volts.
It sounds like the battery isn't fully charged or you burnt out your new solenoid.
If you still have that other solenoid you can swap them and see if the old one works.
Electrical issues are always a tough one to diagnose, but you will find the issue soon enough.
When was the bike last started? Just out of curiosity.
