smell of gas in the oil fill cap????

    Okay so a lot of dudes have been telling me to check for the smell of gas in the oil fill cap, and I was reluctent to check lol...but I got dine with a five min ride and when I got home I smelled gas in the fill cap...

    Can someone tell me what that means? Is there a seal bad or is the a O ring bad...can someone please help me out...thnxx :?: :?: :?:

    This just happened to me. I had a float needle that wasn't seating right. Causing the carb bowl to overflow

    ok sorry mr adrian1...appoligize about the confusion...most of you techs are either Irate old buggers or young guns that dont know what they are talking about so Im hesitent on it lol....

    lol it was a joke man dont get old and Irate and be a bugger...

    I thrive off this site and learning as much as I can about my bike...I can joke too but its up to you to take it as an insult or just laugh...right adrian1 lol
