    First welcome to this site.

Not sure what you are looking for? You say you have cleaned your carbs twice and they can can be rebuilt, but you want to trade them??
If your carbs are repairable you should just order the parts as your budget allows. 30 year old carbs are going to need rubber goods and lots of attention in any case unless you are looking for a set someone has already rebuilt.

If your carbs can be rebuilt, rebuild them. Pretty much any other used carbs you get in trade will have an uncertain history and will really be no different than the ones you have.

I am rebuilding my spare set of Seca 750 carbs right now. Given what I am spending in parts and the amount of work I am putting in, I don't see how you can expect to get a guaranteed fully functional set of carbs for under $300.

When you say you cleaned them, what did you do? How far did you tear them down?
