Alright i searched and searched and could not find a definate answer. For my rear axle i have 2 fat spacer washers, 1 large flat washer, 1 castle nut, and the long inner shaft spacer. From what i read, it should go castle nut, flat washer, shaft drive, fat spacer, long spacer, wheel/brake drum, spacer, axle. In this order the castle nut is only half on!!!!! Really annoyed, please help, thank you in advance

Put the axle back into the bike in this order:

    1. put the LONG spacer inside the rear gear
    2. Put the wheel on and make sure that it is seated all the way in
    3. Just start the axle through the right side of the swing arm
    4. now slip the thick washer into place and push the axle through it
    5. continue to work the axle through the wheel, long spacer, etc....
    6. DO NOT tighten the pinch bolt yet......do that LAST

Now, rotate the brake cover so that you can reconnect the brake stay and the rear brake rod/spring/nut assembly

7 Carefully seat the axle with a rubber mallet
    8. put the thin washer in place on the left side
    9. Put the castle nut on and snug it down. That will draw the axle in more
    10. Back the nut off a hair ain insert the cotter pin
    11. tighten the pinch bolt on the right side.

    Double-check everything.

    Go for a ride.

Thank you for the reply, but im still concerened. I still would have a fat spacer left that i took off of the axle in the first place. I took it off so long ago that i dont remember, but i kept all of the axle assembly in a bag. So you personally only have one fat spacer?

Did you have the wheel bearings out?

ChopDROP, it appears to me that someone has mistakenly added another spacer to your bike, there is only one "cylindrical" spacer which goes in before the wheel goes on.
