Anyone done a headlight conversion on a Seca 750? Im looking to change the square light to a round one but trying to keep it mounted on the same bracket (which mounts in the middle of the light on both sides). Theres is also the problem of the master cylinder being mounted in the front rather than the handlebars. Im considering swapping to a handlebar mounted mc but am not sure how to go about that either. Any insight into this would be great! Thanks

I'm not sure if they're the same but I swapped the square headlight on my '82 Maxim 750 with a round one from an '83 Maxim 1100 and it bolted right into the factory "ears". You can see some pics in my original build thread that might help.

Thanks guys. The most difficult part is definitely going to be fitting all those wires in the bucket haha.

as far as the bar mounted MC ,the factory front brake handle assembly on the 81-83 xs 400 uses a bar mounted MC
