When I replaced my bearings with the double rubber seal ones I used regular wheel bearing grease. I would think any GP bearing grease would work Ridz, Are you looking at modifyimg your blinkers or just replacing the rubbers?

For wheel bearings it is advisable to use a high-pressure grease with a high content of molybdenum disulphide. General purpose lithium is not my first choice but is not a bad choice either. The verable Haynes manual shows that a good high melting point lithium grease is recommended. Check out CRC's website on grease recommendations ( http://www.crcindustries.com/auto/ ). Castrol's site is well worth poking around on too.
    Good luck.

what im trying to accomplish max is to be able to change out my tank and fenders to a custom set up. so its like a pair of clothes . but I do need the rubber mounting for the stock blinkers because they are trashed.

What type of blinkers you going with? I took a spare set of rear mounting stems I had & cut them down, basically instead of sticking out so much, I brought them "in" an 1 1/2" on each side. I like the look better, but am still looking at other possibilities. oops, looks like I'm trying to hi-jack this thread, sorry.
