how did you handle the voltage? I am guessing that these take a lot less power to operate

Here is the final mock up before i have the parts welded together to make one solid piece. The colors will be red with silver inlay.

here is the integrated H4 head light with LED around the edge. They are red i haven't wired them in yet. It was a def good upgrade i have better distance and is brighter with less power draw. there is no dimming effect when at idle any more

    This is very cool upgrade.

I have a 81 SECA 550 and I am very interesting in doing the same mod to the headlight. Can you give some details as to this upgrade. What parts you used where you got them and cost. if you have pix of the build in detail that would be great as well, or if you followed someone else provide the link.

Whats the point of the red led? I can see having amber/yellow and used them as turn indictors although not sure the would be DOT, but RED? But I am sure it looks very cool.

they will match the red LED i plan in installing on the underside of the tank just for looks. here is also the custom wrapped exhaust too. I will get all the info about the H4 Upgrade to and the little bit of modding that had to happen for it to fit into the stock mount.

i dig the exhaust wrap and headlight. i'm trying to figure out what to do with my headlight. i have a fairing i want to remove but don't have a stock replacement headlight and don't know where to get one. i'd like to do a round light like you have but i'm not sure what it will take to get it installed. yours looks good.
