    In attempt to replace a leaking throttle shaft seal, I stripped out one of the screws heads in the throttle plate. Does anyone know what size the screw is?

    do you mean one of the butterfly srews ?????? remove with needle nose vice grips if you can....

    I just measured one with my calipers....

    these butterfly screws are tiny they are 3mm wide by 6mm long

    3mm = .11811 inch 6mm = .23622 inch

    3mm = 15/128 fractional inch

    They're a specialized screw. Get "real" ones; it's not an auto parts store item.
