Does anyone know if there's a replacement part for a 83 seca 900 or anything of that sort? mine recently has started to crack pretty good and it'd probably be better if i had one that was made out of newer plastic or possibly metal if they even do fabricate one

There are the usual sources of ebay or the sell/trade forum here. I've picked up a few things from salvage yards. Otherwise Maier makes some "universal" fenders. I haven't purchased their products so I can't personally vouch for the quality. I don't know if they still make them and being a universal part, it's up to you to verify if it will fit/mod to fit.

Get fiberglass cloth and ABS pipe glue from ACE hardware
De-grease and sand the inside surface
The glue melts and fuses with the plastic
The fiberglass will add thickness and strength

Totally agree with "TIMEtoRIDE" here. I was able to completely rebuild the lower left portion of my 83' 900SECA with fiberglass and resin. Most of the tabs from the rest of the body needed some help and were done with modern frame glue, though the epoxy-like heat will work to fuse the pieces back together.
Pics of the finished product can be seen here...
