Looking to try to get the dent off the tank while I have it off the bike as well as clean the mild sludge build up on the inside with some bbs and some gas/kerosene/rubbing alcohol (haven't decided which yet and if you have suggestions I'd be glad to hear it) anyways, everyone, and I mean everyone is telling me how much they LOVE the color of this bike (especially the fiance) so does anyone know what paint to get to touch this up with? Or is it better to strip the tank and paint it over? Thanks

I would strip the tank...bondo the dent.....sand, prime & paint the tank....choose a different stock color.....unless you really like that aqua color....it is custom & not a stock color.....

Would explain the purple/red that's on a slight unseen paint chip on the left side fairing.

Will probably keep the color, it's her favorite color and I still think it looks good. Still kinda sucks that it's not stock, now someone will have to match it instead of me just getting a small can of touch up paint.
