    Hi Guy's n Gal's,

I'm an noob here but been biking for 35 years or more. Had an XJ650 back in the 80's, first bike I borrowed money to buy, seized it through over exuberance and lack of knowledge!
Recently bought an XJ750A (looks like my old 650 but more grunt). Some really experienced members here, and willing to help by the looks of it. Keep it up!

Are there many members from Ireland is my question. You know, that little country that looks like a sitting Teddy, off the west coast of Europe! Where Guinness and good humor comes from. Home of the craic!

    Let me know.

    Cheers from Wexford. :D

I lived in Ireland in 2007 but am back in Canada now, freezing my berries. There are a few Irish here and there, they are likely out riding and getting rained on, while we are typing... :)

Ha you could be right Spinalator! Except that we are actually getting a Summer in Ireland for once. I know I shouldn't say this but weather has been good for about 8 weeks solid!

We have had a yucky summer so far, we had 22 days out of 31 in July that were below average in temp, cloudy and windy. Enjoy the weather!

I was in Castlebar, Co. Mayo and the summer was nicer than the spring, but still not as nice as your summer! :)

My Grand-Pappy was from the "Old Sod" Aran Islands, but alas...I've never been although two of my three kids have been. Would love to tour two wheel style throughout the country.

Hi patmac6075, That part of Ireland is one of the most beautiful parts of the world. I have been there a few times, one of the benefits of living in a small country. Keen bay is a sight to see.

Make sure you put it on your to do list. Great biking roads since the celtic tiger was around.
