    I found this on CL over the weekend and Im not abel to take advantage of the offer. So I hope some one here can

    Its a thrift store type business, the bike was donated to them.

    I offered $250 on $300, the guy agreed. (go lower!)

    The bike gets sent to a scrap yard tomorrow (7/30)

    time is of the essence, if some one get this for parts, let me know if you are going to sell the exhaust system I will take it.

    Hmmm... If I still lived in Portland I'd be tempted to drive down an get it. Alas....I do not live in Portland anymore. If it does go to a scrapyard I hope the owner recognizes it for what it is and finds a home for it.

    10 hour drive to SF. I am going to be in Corvallis tomorrow but still 8 hours and I don't have the spare time to drive that far. I wish it were 4 hours away.

    Well I can get it for $225 plus about $250 in transport costs. Good deal still or pass? I am on the fence. Leaning towards pass.
