    DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A REPLACEMENT FLASHER RELAY AVAILABLE ANYWHERE? MY RELAY WENT BAD. 1982 XJ550

    Are you sure it's the relay itself?

    The stock relay relies on the bulbs drawing enough current to make it flash. If you have anything less than the recommended 27W (1156) bulbs in your signals, it won't flash.

    Have you replaced the signals?

    The signals will also come on but not flash if your battery is low and the motor is off or running below 2500rpm.

    I get mine from Advance Auto or Autozone. It is a smoked clear plastic round flasher relay. Tridon E12 3 pin flasher relay.
