does anyone know, are the 1100 springs compatible with the stock 650 clutch? Will they fit and work, and do they have the highest stock spring rate out of all the XJ's?

I think stock 650 springs are 50lb at 1 inch? Does anyone know?

Looking for the strongest springs I can put into my xj650 turbo, right now I am runing EBC aftermarket springs for 650 turbo and above 11 psi, my clutch begins to slip.

I assumed the 1100 would be the strongest stock of them all..

Although I don't have spring rates available, typically the thicker the wire diameter, the stiffer the spring...........

    so essentially the same...

Thanks Chacal. I need something much stronger...

When you did the 6 spring clutch swap, did you also swap over the 6 spring clutch outer basket too?
