    Borrow a good one.

Bring it to a C-N-C Professional
Have a Duplicate made in Hardwood or Plastic

    Paint it.

I am making the right side cover for my maxim. Used an old pizza box and shaped it then went over it with fiberglass. I have it painted and all that remains is to make the posts. But it has been slow go because I am also in the process of making saddlebags for another bike.

I already had made a set of moulds and produced a couple of replicas. Somewhere in the depths of the man cave they lurk.. They were hardly worth the effort to be honest. Maybe in another few years the moulds may pay themselves off..

I can appreciate the effort of Fabricating a Side Cover for the Bike.

The Right-side is a nice fit and looks well-made inn the photo.
I'd make the Tie wraps "Disappear" by "Blacking-out" the portion that extends around the Frame.
A $2.00 Bottle of Nail Polish will hide the Plastic on the Frame.

The Left-side appears to be a little "Funky".
Make another one with more precise attention to the Cut and Shape of the Curves.
    "White-out" the two Hangers.
After the Cut, ... Sand the Covers Outside edges to eliminate the places where the Cut is more wavy than curved.

A Decal, Pin-stripe or Badge will add a finishing touch.
