I was wondering if it was homemade.
I was thinking of making it the rear cowl out of sheetmetal?
But I am not to sure how to make the two level seat.

That is a beautiful bike. You could probably use fiber glass for the seat. Also where are those front forks from?

I dont think the 650 came with dual disc brakes up front. Plus disc's look like the one's on my Seca 750. Front forks may be off the 750 as well but tough to see from the picture.

The 650 seca along with the 650 turbo did have dual disc brake. The 650 maxim did not.

The front fender is from a Seca 550, they are exactly the same physical part as the 650 Seca's, just the 650's didn't come in chrome.

For it to fit perfectly like that, the forks are either from a 550 Seca (highly doubtful) or the original 650 Seca forks slid up in the trees a couple of inches and with different brake rotors. I think it's this latter situation.

Except for the handlebar and the seat/tail section it's a pretty stock Euro-spec 650 Seca (note oil cooler.)

Is the seat off a Ducati monster?
