Just got my big bore rd 250 pistons. jumping from 54mm bore to 64.75. Cleaned up the cyls getting ready to port and polish. Should be a fun ride when its done. I am using the rd 250 crank gear and clutch basket. Right off the bat it will make 12% more torque then a rd350 and is going to rev really quick to boot. Should put out 45-50 rwhp on a bike that weighs 330 lb wet. People will be surprised when they see the 250 badges. Not making it to be a racer just want it to be all that it can be. Pic# 2 is the wisecos that i put in the 350 Notice the size difference in the intake transfer holes.

I think they look really cool. And it should be really fun to ride.
