YICS tool suggestion

    Bought latex tubing at Lowes. Stretched it through YICS passage. Clamped one end and used a pencil type air nozzle onthe other. Inflated it with a small amount of air and synced the carbs. Bike idles very well. Used a big fan to keep things cool. No problem with melting of the latex. Even touched the tubing to the head and did not melt.

    man, neat idea!

    hmmmm... why not use rubber fuel line? maybe it could be a bit more heat resistant?

    That's some fine ingenuity.
    Once you get the YICS Passage sealed ... however you do it; you can get a real feel for what's happening -- Mixture wise -- and tweak-it-up nice.

    Great work.
    Thanks for sharing the technique and idea; too.

    The clamped end may blow up like a balloon. I left mine that way. Figured it would help hold the pressure inside the YICS passage.
