Top Dead Center?

    So my engine is almost back together; I was just wondering how you know if it is at top dead center so that I can put in the camshafts and do the timing. Thanks!

    The T mark on the timing advancer left side of case.

    Thanks! Now how about the torque specs on the cam shaft bearing bolts?
