    I am a new owner of a 1982 XJ750 and am in need of an owners manual and would like a shop manual but Just wondered if someone could steer me the right direction....I don't want to pay much for one. Someone must have something laying around.

    There is the famous XJ CD, which I have worn out, and need a new one.

    Neat thing about CDs is that you can create images of them, and burn new ones as needed.

    Unless the adhesive sticker is wonky, the metallic film is delaminating, and the CD is scratched, then no you can't.

    Don't you be bringing logic into this now...

    The scratch could be dealt with, but the delaminating film, that's another matter. (You got an adhesive sticker with yours? I got "handwritten with a sharpie".)
