Was thinking about possibly converting to 4 in 1 pipes, I've only found like one or two types compatable with the 82 750Maxim, What kind of pipes do you guys know about or reccomend? and what should I be expecting from this type of change?

I recommend staying with the original equipment.

I think they make the MAC 4-into-1 still, which is what came on my bike...

Don't expect much besides more noise :). I replaced the muffler with a Supertrapp and it helped a bit where it's tunable.

But yeah, don't sell your original exhaust system, period.
