The wires are "molded into" the coils and not easily replaced, so yours are probably original unless somebody's swapped out the coils.

There is a technique for replacing the Plug Wires in Stock Coils.
    Search: Coil Surgery.

You CARVE-OUT the Casing Material with a Dremel Tool exposing the Nail-end looking-like POST of the HT Terminal.

Install NEW Wires making sure to Secure the Core of the Wire Around or to the HT Terminal.

Fill the Cavity with Black Epoxy Resin and shape to Original Size Dimensions and Seal with Liquid Electrical Tape.

You can get GREAT New Wires ... Cheap.
    Auto Junk Yard.
    Porsche, Audi, Benz, Beemer, VW.
Snag the longest wires from the Coils to the Block.

They UNSCREW. There is a threaded spike inside the plug cap that screws into the core of the wire.

Unscrew the caps, cleanly lop 1/4" ~ 3/8" off the wire, and screw the caps back on/in to get a fresh "bite" on the wires.

Also, in the "business end" of the plug cap (where the spark plug goes) there is a resistor core in there that likes to work loose. If you look on both sides of the hole where the tip of the plug goes, you'll see screwdriver slots. Gently ensure the resistor cores aren't loose.

Most all German High-line Production Models use Bosch Stainless Core Plug Wires.

Stainless steel Mag winding delivers maximum voltage to the spark plug for a hotter, more powerful, and longer spark resulting in optimum engine performance while reducing the chance for misfire.

100% Pure silicone jacket resists oil penetration, for lifetime protection against wire set failure.

EPDM Rubber inner insulation stops power-robbing voltage leaks.

Just be sure that the Bosch Logo is visible on the wires you salvage.

Of course, you can spend 40-Bucks for a complete set and sell the other four wires on Ebay.

Yea my old mustang wires are full stainless 8 mm still good just replacement them for hotter spark to burn my 32 pound fuel injection monster..... but I tried cap Deals they are Still stuck in wire. The cap that turn on top of plug still bad not going good n that part...I might have new cores for it though so replaceing wires wont matter Much now because I lost all spark to bike on the left side

You've got something crossed up. One coil fires 1 & 4; the other coil fires 2 & 3. Losing spark on 1 and 2 would mean half of each coil is out, which isn't even really possible. So if you have lost the fire in #1 and #2, then it's not a coil problem.

Have you done a compression test on this motor?

Do you have a service manual yet?

So I did this on my 1982 XJ650 J and the coil itself had one longer portion and one shorter portion. I found the prong for the longer portion but the short portion is a dead end...

Any ideas? Or maybe a specific write up on the J model?
