    when i hit fourth he started slowly pulling me, then traffic said quit.
    pretty much even till then. i couldn't hear my bike, i had to watch the tach to shift, dam their loud.
    we both gave the thumbs up at the light and went our separate ways.
    maybe next time i'll have the Suzuki :)

    And I won't be challenging that cousin of mine, the one opening a custom bike/car shop, to a race against his personal Harley.

    It's freakin MEAN!! :twisted: It begins with 1600 CC's, and it gets really nasty after that. Beautiful bike too. 8)

    Except for the puddle of oil under it. :lol:

    '83 750 seca, don't know what he had. it was a Harley though. i don't know a street glide from a road glide from a knuckle head but it had more chrome than all my bikes together and it was loud

    Right on. I have raced a few and I don't know one from the other either.
    Some I have beat and others have spanked me good.
    My 82 XJ650 RJ needs a sixth gear.
    I will go out Harley hunting when I get the Turbo Seca on the road!!!

    Sounds like the Vrod that sits over at a neighbors. That thing will blind you if the sun hits it just right.
